Acceptance of Terms

BuySellCompany© Inc. provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.  In addition, when using particular BuySellCompany© services, you and BuySellCompany© shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Services of buysellcompany® Inc. include among others, For Sale by Owner Classified Ads, Advertising Space and Assorted Joint Ventures.

Terms of Service(TOS) for BuySellCompany®Inc.

1. buysellcompany^tm will never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

2. Any classified ad on the buysellcompany^tm marketplace is at the sole discretion of its management.

3. Online payments are handled by PayPal.  Postal payments may be payable to buysellcompany^tm Inc.

4. Appraisals and other custom products are not eligible for refunds.  Appraisals will be posted online for one year from the date of sale.

5. buysellcompany^tm assumes no responsibility for any of the sites being bought or sold through it's exchange and is NOT a "broker" for any site listed.

6. buysellcompany^tm will not be held accountable for any loss with regard to it's appraisal.

7. buysellcompany^tm reserves the right to send out it's Newsletter at any time interval it finds appropriate.

8. Any litigation or dispute against buysellcompany^tm or it's owners will be conducted in Florida.

9. buysellcompany^tm reserves the right to use twelve(12) month averages for both traffic and revenue for seasonal businesses on it's appraisals.

10. buysellcompany^tmMakes no warranty that the services will meet your requirements, the service will be timely, uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

11. buysellcompany^tm is not a licensed Business or Real Estate Appraiser.

12. buysellcompany^tmmay add emails from customers who have posted to the marketplace to the Website For Sale Newsletter.

13. buysellcompany^tmis not a licensed business or real estate appraiser.

14. buysellcompany^tmmay terminate advertising on their website at any time, refunding any remaining prorated amount still left on the account.

15. Advertising subscriptions purchased should be canceled be the advertiser through PayPal if they no longer wish to continue their advertising account.

16. buysellcompany.com^tm Inc. is registered in the State of Florida, USA as a Limited Liability Company (Inc.). buysellcompany.com is a business in good standing in the state of Florida, USA .  Any litigation or dispute against buysellcompany or it's owners will be conducted in Florida.  ®BSC  It is the billing policy of buysellcompany to turn all accounts that are delinquent more than two billing cycles over to a collection agency.
